Shipping Policy

Here at CityWineCellar we make every effort to get your purchases out and straight to you as soon as possible.

We cannot ship to P.O.Boxes and an adult signature is required at delivery for all items with alcohol.

Return Policy

All packages refused or undeliverable will be subject to a refund minus the shipping cost.  These packages are also subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Change of address after the package has been shipped is also subject to a 10% fee and or the customer is responsible for the additional shipping costs.  

In Store Pickup

In store pickup is available to those interested in coming in person to pick up their products.

By Purchasing from our site you acknowledge that you are of legal age to purchase our products and valid identification may be ask upon shipment.
